I know what it’s like to feel frustrated, discouraged and overwhelmed, as if your life is spinning out of control. Over the past 40 years I have been through many stresses and struggles and, thanks to my health, I was able to deal with them powerfully. I enjoy a life full of energy, vitality and joy and so can you!

I have been in the fitness industry for over 30 years, certified through ACE, AFAA, NSCA-CPT and IIN.
For 22 years I worked at St. Mary Wellness Center, until they closed due to COVID. My clients include mostly middle-aged men and women. Many are fit individuals wanting to get "fitter". Others are step down patients from cardiac rehab and physical therapy as well as stroke, Parkinson's and diabetes patients. I am very knowledgeable and experienced working around injuries and limitations. As a successful trainer I know that physical activity is ONE of the key ingredients in attaining great health. One of my greatest frustrations over the years had been that clients were not attending to the "other" aspects of their health. My certification from Institute for Integrative Nutrition has helped to fill in these gaps and has added another valuable tool to my already robust tool box.
With my coaching program, I will evaluate your current fitness level, personal goals & skills and develop a personalized program for you. Not only will we exercise together but I will also help you implement lifestyle changes to improve your overall health.
We will work on new habits and face challenges together to create a sustainable path to exceptional health & wellness and make your body and mind a pleasant place to inhabit.

"Let me start by saying that I am a 70 year old woman who was not athletic and never enjoyed exercising. The only way I received a passing grade in high school gym class was because I was always prepared with a clean gym uniform and sneakers.
Through the years, because I was told the benefits of exercise, I joined many gyms and worked with various trainers. Fast forward to starting personal training with Lorraine.
