I know what it’s like to feel frustrated, discouraged and overwhelmed, as if your life is spinning out of control. I understand the struggles – the constant battle against time, the confusion about what to eat and the feeling of your body betraying you due to menopausal changes. Making changes on your own, after years of habitual living, can sometimes seem like an insurmountable task.
Accountability and encouragement can make all the difference in whether you successfully reach your goals. Celebrating the small victories along the way with a trusted partner is key to staying motivated.
We will work together, right in the Yardley/Newtown area, to empower you to take charge of your health, discover your unique needs and develop a deeper understanding of your body. As a female personal trainer providing health and fitness coaching, I will help you embrace a lifestyle that not only transforms your physical appearance and health but also boosts your confidence and happiness so you feel good inside and out every day.
At 16 I made a decision that I will never regret - it has never let me down and has improved my life in every way... I decided to get healthy! Over the past 40 years I have been through many stresses and struggles and, thanks to my health, I was able to deal with them powerfully. I enjoy a life full of energy, vitality and joy and so can you!

I have been in the fitness industry for almost 40 years, certified through ACE, AFAA, NSCA-CPT and IIN.
For 22 years I worked at St. Mary Wellness Center, until they closed due to COVID. My clients include mostly middle-aged men and women. Many are fit individuals wanting to get "fitter". I have worked with many step down patients from cardiac rehab and physical therapy as well as stroke, Parkinson's and diabetes patients. I am very knowledgeable and experienced working around injuries and limitations. As a successful female personal trainer I know that physical activity is ONE of the key ingredients in attaining great health. One of my greatest frustrations over the years had been that clients were not attending to the "other" aspects of their health. My certification from Institute for Integrative Nutrition helped to fill in these gaps and added another valuable tool to my already robust tool box... much needed help with menopause symptoms that were affecting me, my friends and clients... challenging everything I thought I knew about staying fit later in life.
With my health and fitness coaching program, I will evaluate your current fitness level, personal goals & skills and develop a personalized program for you. Not only will we exercise together but I will also help you implement lifestyle changes to improve your overall health.
We will work on new habits and face challenges together to create a sustainable path to exceptional health & wellness and make your body and mind a pleasant place to inhabit.
